Newer Vehicle with Throttle Body InstallationInstructions
NOTE: Always disconnect the battery prior to working on your vehicle.
Step One: remove the air intake hose/ tube by loosening the fasteners that hold the hose in place.

Step Two: remove any vacuum or other attachments from the throttle body that would not allow you to detach the throttle body about 5 inches away from the intake.

Step Three: remove the nuts/bolts orother fasteners that retain the throttle body.

Step Four: pull-back the throttle body allowing enough access to place the Liberator Fuel Saver into the intake. If your car is factory equipped with a plastic gasket, go to Step 5. If your car came factory equipped with a paper gasket, remove and replace the factory equipped gasket with the enclosed gasket.

Step Five: place the Liberator Fuel Saver inside the intake housing, on top of the gasket, if applicable. The Liberator FuelSaver should fi t perfectly inside the housing.

Step Six: re-install the throttle body. As you tighten the fasteners, periodically open the throttle to check and align, the Liberator. There should not be any drag or scraping when the throttle is opened and closed. The fl ange of the Liberator Fuel Saver should be visible evenly within its entire circumference. If the fl ange is not perfectly aligned, adjust by placing your hand inside the housing, andturning the Liberator Fuel Saver slightly to perfect the fi tment.

Step Seven: re-install the intake hose and tighten the fasteners.
