Eurofest – Maggie Valley was held in Maggie Valley, North Caroline from August 19-21, 2021. Despite a rainy week in the mountains and across the state of NC, first year event ‘EuroFest’ had an amazing turnout with over 400 registered vehicles.
This event is a continuation of the SoWo Fall Tour which has been around for the past three years. Adding in this chapter to their event allowed for the Euro Community to get together and the enjoy the town, atmosphere and the beautiful mountain drives! At Eurofest – Maggie Valley, you could find classic, new, and electric euros. Everything from Audis, Volkswagens, Mercedes, BMWs, and Ferraris that were air cooled and water-cooled, bagged, static, stock, highly modified.
Vendors were on site from various wheel and parts, dealerships, tuning shop (you were even able to get a tune on site,) you had vendors on site from various wheel and part brands, dealerships, tuning shops (even on site doing tunes), raffle tickets and giveaways, even some coloring for the kids.
Walking around the event there was something for anyone that loves the European automotive scene. The schedule for the event went as followed:
Thursday 8/19 – Cruise through the Mountains 5pm Festival Grounds – Euro Meet Bearwaters Brewing 7-9pm Friday 8/20 – Pre-Show setup Festival Grounds 12-4:30pm – Meet & Greet Elevated Mountain Distillery 5-7pm – Car meet at Cardinal Inn *Limited Parking* 7-9pm Saturday 8/21 Show Day – 8/8:30 AM vendors only (including booth cars) – 8:30AM Pre-registered show only – 10AM non registered cars and general. public – 3PM Main Raffles – 3:30PM Awards (approx)
