Cluster Busters Car Show was held in Greenwood, Indiana on July 4th, 2021. This club is one of the oldest Hot rod clubs around. Established in 1948, this club has been displaying some of the hottest rides around Indiana for more than 60 plus years.
This past year the Cluster Busters held a car show on July 4th, 2021 at Ray Skillman Chevrolet located in Greenwood Indiana. The location has several dealerships but the show surrounded Ray’s person car collection aka museum. Giving everyone a look into some history, some awesome rides and memorabilia. Unfortunately this year most of the collection was blocked off to the public. However you could see several Indy 500 Pace Cars from several different eras along with several Mustangs.
The neon signs that hang on the walls and from the ceiling was a sight to see as well at Cluster Busters Car Show. Was still cool to see so many quality rides in one room. Speaking of quality, this year’s show had a couple hundred nice rides show up on this Independence Day outside. Vehicles started rolling in the early morning to get a good spot and hopes to get a shady spot. Mother Nature showed her pretty face with warm weather and sunshine. The show was open to all makes and models and offered custom made awards for top 10 along with some specialty awards. Several door prizes was given out throughout the day from sponsors and supporters.
Vehicles ranged from crusty rat rods with white walls, air ride, and a flat head to Hot Rods that have been chopped, channeled and custom paint that you could use as a mirror to off the showroom Lamborghinis. Defiantly keep your eyes open for fliers to drop in your windows for the 2022 Independence show
