1973 Camaro, My First Car

Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, I was very familiar with the Norwood General Motors plant where the Camaro was made. In 1979, I ordered my Berlinetta Camaro from my local Chevrolet dealership. Three weeks later, I received a call from the GM plant to walk the line and watch the assembly process. I followed my car from start to finish and even saw it loaded on the car carrier. Two weeks later, my car was ready for pick-up. In 2006, I had the opportunity to recreate my Camaro into the car it is today. We used the best products available for the upgrade from the engine to the suspension to paint (which I even had a hand in wet sanding) and interior. After 30 years of driving my Camaro, I still get excited each time I get behind the wheel.
