What was the inspiration?

We are classic style truck builders, so we wanted this to be a classic looking build on the outside. The body shop designed annd executed a flawless classic paint job that was detailed into the door jams and engine bay. Inside we wanted the interior to be styled after what you would imagine a 70’s bar to look like. My cousin Brian wanted three distinct features for the interior. The dash needed to look like an old Wurlitzer juke box, the door panels to resemble Fender guitar amps, and the floor to light up in some way. Altogether our team gave Brian the vision that he had. There was a total of 10 people that worked on the project, including Brian.

How long did it take you to build?

We completed the project in only 13 weeks! There was over 4000 hours in this build.

How long have you been building?

I’ve been building audio and cars since 1991. Brian has been building show trucks since 2010. We’ve built show trucks together since 2013. Our total team has doing this together for over 10 years.

Vehicle history

This truck was purchased new and we took delivery on December 5th, 2023. It was completed in March of 2024. It competed and won the Mid American Trucking Show “Big Rig Build-Off” between 4 teams of custom truck builders.

We built the interior in house. There was 12 leather hides, and hair on hides used as well. Door panel pods that look like Fender guitar amps were build from scratch from replica materials.
