The June 2026 issue of Gauge Magazine is here, and it’s packed with some of the hottest custom vehicles, automotive events, and lifestyle coverage from across the country. Whether you’re into mini trucks, imports, muscle cars, car audio, or custom culture, this month’s issue delivers something for every enthusiast.
Leading off the issue is Matt Tracy’s incredible 2001 Toyota Tacoma, appropriately named “Final Effort.” This custom-built Tacoma showcases the dedication, creativity, and attention to detail that continue to push the truck scene forward. We also feature Sean Patrick’s stunning 1994 Honda Accord “Purple Poison,” a clean and unique build that proves the import scene is alive and thriving. Rounding out our featured vehicles is Carl Herzog’s menacing 1969 Camaro “DSTROYR,” a classic muscle car that blends aggressive styling with timeless performance and craftsmanship.
In addition to our feature vehicles, we traveled across the country to bring you coverage from some of the biggest automotive events of the year. First, we head to Southern California for the Grand National Truck Show in Pomona, where thousands of custom trucks, lifted builds, lowered rides, and industry vendors gathered for one unforgettable weekend. We also bring you coverage from the Sundown Audio Show in Newton, North Carolina, where some of the loudest and most innovative car audio builds competed for bragging rights and trophies.
The event coverage continues with one of the most respected gatherings in the hot rod world, the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky. From traditional street rods and customs to modern hot rods and one-of-a-kind creations, this event once again delivered an incredible display of automotive passion and craftsmanship.
Of course, no issue of Gauge Magazine would be complete without our lifestyle coverage. This month, we’re featuring Gauge Girl Dillon, photographed by Cheri Delgadillo. Get to know Dillon as she shares her interests, hobbies, and love for the automotive lifestyle.
