Custom Car Revival 2021 was held in Indianapolis, IN on June 12, 2021. If you are a lover of old school custom rides, then you will want to be at the event that is known as one of the best and truest traditional custom show running today!
At Custom Car Revival 2021, traditional is the only way to go! Rides from 1936 all the way until 1965, whether they were Frenched, chopped, channeled, or sectioned, were all absolutely stunning. Its the rides and atmosphere that continue to bring in the crowds. Every year the crowd continues to bring in an amazing atmosphere that makes every attending want to come back; and they do!
There were many things this year that made is stand out from the previous. First off, the one and only Darryl Starbird AKA Bubbletop King was attending the event. Starbird is known as one of the first to take on the the art of customizing vehicles. He started in 1954 and since then has created a name for himself that EVERYONE knows if they are in the scene.
Second, their Custom Car Lifetime Achievement Award. This award goes to those whose mission is to generate interest and appreciation of American Custom Cars. This award went to Sterling and Kathy Ashby, their friendliness and love for custom cars has made this award a long time coming. Congratulations!
This year, Custom Car Revival 2021 set a new milestone with their event being SOLD OUT!! Pre-registrations reach 180 with 4 months being left before the show! If that alone does not tell you how amazing this event is, we aren’t sure what will! You may just have to come and find out for yourself, then we know we will see you the next year!
