In the realm of custom automobiles, there exists a distinct breed that defies norms and challenges conventions. This month, we introduce you to a masterpiece that embodies audacity, creativity, and a fearless pursuit of individuality. Presenting “The Intruder,” a custom 2014 Jeep Wrangler that redefines what it means to be part of the Jeep scene.

Meet Hery Santiago, the visionary behind “The Intruder.” Fuelled by a passion for automobiles and a quest for something extraordinary, Hery ventured into the Jeep scene with a unique vision. As he threaded the path less traveled, he felt like an “Intruder” amidst the standard Jeep aesthetics – a sentiment that inspired the name and essence of his creation.

“The Intruder” began its journey as a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, acquired for $25,000. But the transformation that followed was nothing short of spectacular. With a build cost exceeding $65,000, Hery’s dedication and creativity knew no bounds as he embarked on a journey to create an iconic masterpiece.

For five years and counting, Hery Santiago has poured his heart and soul into crafting “The Intruder.” The result is an ever-evolving work of art that defies categorization. Each modification, each enhancement is a testament to Hery’s commitment to perfection and his unwavering belief in pushing boundaries.

Hery Santiago’s journey in the world of automobiles spans two decades. With over 20 years of experience, he has honed his skills, gained invaluable insights, and channeled his creativity into projects that challenge conventions.

When asked about future plans, Hery’s response is as intriguing as “The Intruder” itself. As a man of evolution, he keeps his ambitions fluid, promising more updates and exciting developments on the horizon.

Hery Santiago acquired “The Intruder” as its second owner, purchasing it from the original owner when it was completely stock. What followed was a tale of transformation, as “The Intruder” shed its conventional skin to reveal the masterpiece within.

Hery Santiago extends heartfelt gratitude to DS18, a brand that’s more than just a supplier – it’s a family that has stood by him through thick and thin. Reaper Off-road and True Spike Lug Nuts are also credited for believing in his daring ideas. Jose Javier Vazquez from Papa Car Audio played a pivotal role in transforming his audio vision into reality. Hery reserves a special mention for his family, especially his wife, whose unwavering support fuels his creative journey.

Prior to “The Intruder,” Hery Santiago’s passion for customization led him to create a customized 2005 Scion TC, a testament to his creative spirit and penchant for personalization.

Beneath the hood of “The Intruder” resides a Chrysler’s 3.6-liter “Pentastar” V-6 engine, a powerhouse that provides the perfect blend of performance and efficiency.

“The Intruder” stands tall, lifted six inches to conquer the toughest terrains. Equipped with Fox 2.0 shocks with reservoirs, it’s a testament to both form and function.

Riding on 26″ COR Forged wheels, “The Intruder” exudes an air of exclusivity. Paired with 40×15.5 tires, these wheels are not just a statement but an embodiment of style and substance.

Anvil Gray paint envelops “The Intruder,” emanating an aura of strength and sophistication. This color choice represents its bold spirit and unyielding presence.

“The Intruder” flaunts a Rock Monster hood, a Mad Max Grille, and Reaper Off-road bumpers that exude rugged elegance. The body is enhanced with Reaper Off-road fenders, Quake headlights, and True Spike Lug Nuts.

The interior of “The Intruder” is a haven of customization. With DS18 audio components, a Papa Car Audio-installed stereo system, and luxurious upholstery by A’s Marine Upholstery, it’s a symphony of comfort and style.

“The Intruder” is more than a vehicle – it’s a statement, a testament to individuality, and a canvas where creativity knows no bounds. Hery Santiago’s creation invites us to embrace the unconventional, challenge norms, and embark on journeys where possibilities are limitless.
