“904 Eighteen and Up”
Owned by: Rick Waychoff
Photos by: Chris Gosda
Some trucks sit high. Some trucks sit low. But Rick Waychoff’s 2024 Ford F-350, nicknamed “904_eighteen_n_up,” does both—and then some. With its custom air bag suspension system that drops 18 inches and lifts an additional 8, this one-off showpiece redefines what a lifted truck can be.
Photographed by Chris Gosda for our October 2025 issue, this Florida-based F-350 is part rolling artwork, part audio monster, and all-around jaw-dropper.
The name “904_eighteen_n_up” is a nod to its unique suspension setup. Thanks to its Airlift Performance system, the truck can sit slammed at an 18-inch lift or air up to tower even higher—an extra 8 inches above that. It’s more than just a stance—it’s a statement.
A First Build That Went Big
Here’s the kicker: this was Rick’s very first truck build. Rather than wrenching in his garage, he partnered with multiple specialty shops to bring his vision to life in just seven months.
The interior and audio were handled by XLR8 Motorsports, a shop known for next-level custom work. Rick’s approach is simple: every build he touches will be one-off. No cookie-cutter parts, nothing off the shelf.
Rick originally dropped $91,000 on the truck fresh off the lot. By the time the project was finished, the investment soared to nearly $300,000, with $200,000 in upgrades alone. That kind of dedication shows in every polished bolt, stitched panel, and glowing LED.
Power Under the Hood
At its core, the F-350 runs a 6.7L HO Power Stroke Diesel V8. While the engine itself remains mostly stock, its presentation is anything but—polished hardware, clean detailing, and all the performance you’d expect from Ford’s latest heavy-duty platform.
Suspension & Chassis: Lifted with Air
The heart of the build is the custom four-link chassis setup paired with Airlift Performance air suspension. With 26 inches of lift, the truck rides on one of the wildest adjustable systems we’ve seen on a late-model Ford. Polished components throughout the suspension and undercarriage shine just as bright as the Glasier Gray paint.
No lifted truck feature is complete without talking wheels—and this F-350 rolls on massive 30×16 wheels in the front and 30×8.25 wheels in the rear, wrapped in 44×16.50×30 Fury tires. The combo gives it a show-ready stance that looks just as insane on the ground as it does aired out to full height.
The truck wears a flawless tri-coat Glasier Gray paint job that keeps it classy while letting the hardware and stance steal the spotlight. Unlike many wild show builds, this F-350 doesn’t need graphics or wild flames—the finish is clean, smooth, and just right for a truck of this caliber.
