Indy Airstrip Attack 2020 was held at the Marion Municipal Airport in Marion, Indiana from August 15-16, 2020. This show was created for racers to have a legal and safe place to put their vehicles to the test.
First starting out as an event for street racers to battle it out for fun, the event grew FAST by word of mouth and is now a huge profiled racing event series in the United States!
If you are tired of your friends talking trash; here you can go head to head with them without worrying about any pedestrians or getting caught. This event is safe and legal, so you will want to get your vehicle registered before the event is full!
At Indy Airstrip Attack 2020, you don’t have to worry about the results of the race being biased. They use a trap speed timing system to measure results so you will get the most accurate final results. This will also allow you to add any modifications or improvement before the show comes back the next year.
If you are not wanting to go head-to-head with anyone, you can also do a solo run just to see how your vehicle is performing.
All participants will start from a dead stop and put pedal to the metal down the track. At the half mile, trap speeds will be recorded. Whether you run solo or head-to-head, you will receive a trap speed slip. If you are choosing to not run for the trophy competition, you are free to run all day.
Those who are competing, you must make passes during the formatted competition times to qualify for each round.
Indy Airstrip Attack 2020 is held in multiple locations including California, Texas, and Kansas. If you are ready to put your vehicle to the test, make sure you head out to one of the events!
