Vehicle history

Bought brand new in 2016 with 19 miles on it. Currently 13k miles on it. Bought and started with a semi VIP style then decided to go back with my original mini truck theme.

2016 Honda Accord Sport

The 2016 Honda Accord Sport owned by Duke Furr is a stunning example of custom car culture. Duke Furr is an old school mini-trucker and his love for that era is reflected in the design of this car. The car was bought brand new in 2016 with only 19 miles on it and has now clocked 13k miles. Duke has been customizing cars since the day he turned 16 and his experience shows in every detail of this car.

The car features a Sangria Red OEM paint, with graphics drawn up by Terrell Lutherloh and detailed design by Phillip VanEpps at Illusion Wraps. The custom one-off billet emblems by Rodney Owens Designs add a touch of class to the car. The car sits on Bonspeed Sweep wheels, with 20×8.5 size on both the front and the rear. The front and rear tires are 225/35/20.

The car’s suspension has been upgraded to an air ride suspension with custom-built struts by Rodney Owens Designs. The engine compartment covers have been custom bead rolled by Big Black Fabrications. The interior features OEM seats with headrest delete covered in tweed material, along with door panels and headliner. The dashboard panels are wrapped to match the exterior.

Duke’s future plans for the car include a full custom stereo build in the trunk. The stereo system features Skar Audio speakers and a Tesla conversion head unit. The APC LED steering wheel adds a touch of modernity to the car. The car also features a 35×40 Legacy sliding rag top.

Duke’s club affiliation is with Pebble Pushers. Duke’s previous rides have been several different vehicles, but this car is a testament to his love for old school mini truck culture. It took Duke approximately 2 years to build this car, from the time he decided to change the original style to its current look.
