Eville Shindig 2018
Eville Shindig 2018 was held on September 2, 2018 in Evansville Indiana. This show is known for having some of the best Hot Rods, Customs, Trucks, and Motorcycles from 1968 and older. With crowds continuing to grow, the show also continues to get better and better each year!
Although Eville Shindig is only a one day show, it is full of Hot Rods, Rockabilly Music, Vintage Style Clothing, Vintage Drag Cars, and of course, the always beautiful Pin Up Girls. Another amazing part of this show is that part of the proceeds from the registration fees would go to the West Side Nut Club Foundation. This club works together to better the West Side of Evansville and Evansville as a whole.
There was more than just the show for people to look forward to, there was also the Killer Eville Shindig Pre Party that was inside the Pistons Bar. The Pre-Party was held a few days before the event, August 31st, 2018, but this allow for the attendees to get amped up on what was soon to come at Eville Shindig 2018.
Awards were given out at the show for the Top 8 in their class, Best of Show, and Club Participation. If your club was to win the Car Club Participation, you were awarded the title along with $500.00 and a hand made trophy! The Pin Up Girl Contest was from 3-4pm and the first place would win title of Miss Eville Shindig and $500. 2nd place would win $1000 and 3rd would win $50. Congratulations to all the winners!
Eville Shindig 2018 also brought in some of the best bands around including: The Nuly Dedz, The Swamp Tigers, The Rocketz, Harry Fontana and The Tennessee Tone, and many more! We cannot wait to see what they have in store for next year!
