What was the inspiration?
Just an old school low rider absolutely love any old stuff still stuck in my high school years according to my wife stuck in the 90’s but loving it

How long have you been building?
On and off since high School had a Monte Carlo ss it was hit then an s10 for 16 years had kids sold the s-10 kids are older now so it’s my time again and this is what I enjoy cruising around and car shows

Blazin’ 1988 Chevy S-10 Blazer: A Lowrider Dream Come True

Allen Clark’s Blazin’ 1988 Chevy S-10 Blazer is a lowrider enthusiast’s dream come true. The Blazin’ is a stunning masterpiece that has been designed to capture the essence of old-school lowrider culture. From the Dragon Green Sikkens paint job to the Dayton wire wheels, every detail of the Blazin’ has been meticulously crafted to perfection.

The Blazin’ is the perfect combination of classic and modern styling. It has been channeled to give it a unique and aggressive stance. The stillen ground effects have been molded, and the doors and tailgate have been shaved to give it a sleek and smooth look. The Texas tail has been molded to the top, and a fat bubble guard for windows has been added. The Blazin’ features a 6-ball latch that opens the tailgate, remote rear window, and all-green neon lights. The wiper arms, front bumper, and all license plate bolt covers have been painted to match the truck.

The interior of the Blazin’ features original seats, an original steering wheel, and gauges. The console has been custom-built for air ride controls and armrest. The dash panels are painted to match the truck, and all plastic has been painted to match the truck. The Blazin’ has been fitted with a JVC head unit, Rockville amps painted to match the truck, and 12-inch Rockford punch speakers.

The Blazin’ has been designed for cruising and is fitted with a 4.3 throttle body Original 88 4.3 engine. The engine has been left stock, and only the engine parts have been painted to match the truck. The chrome spinner on the breather cover matches the Dayton wire wheels. The Blazin’ is equipped with original clutch flywheel, original torque converter, and original transfer case. The axle is original other than homemade brackets for air ride, and the gears are original. The chassis is standard, other than air ride brackets. The airbags are fitted with a small compressor and tank manual switch setup, which makes it easy to control the air ride.

The Blazin’ has Dayton wire wheels, fender trim, and an SS headlight brow, which gives it a classic look. The front wheel size is 15/10, and the rear wheel size is 15/10. The front tire size is 225/50/15, and the rear tire size is 225/50/15. The front bumper has been painted to match the truck, and the wing is a Texas tail molded to the top.

The Blazin’ was purchased in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and brought back to Ohio, where it was transformed into the masterpiece it is today. The Blazin’ is the third car that Allen has built. He has been building cars on and off since high school and is a true lowrider enthusiast. His inspiration for the Blazin’ came from his love for old school lowrider culture.
