The Lowdown in Laughlin 2024, presented by Seductive, took over the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, from October 11-13, 2024, delivering an action-packed weekend of custom rides, contests, music, family fun, and unforgettable memories. Against the stunning riverfront backdrop, this show continues to be one of the standout events in the Southwest custom scene.
Friday, October 11:
The weekend kicked off with an early roll-in from 6 PM to 10 PM. Builders and enthusiasts began filling the Tropicana lots with everything from slammed mini trucks to detailed classics, ready to set the tone for an epic weekend.
Saturday, October 12:
Saturday brought nonstop action. While custom cars and trucks took center stage, the day was packed with fun contests and entertainment:

Vehicle Limbo Contest: How low could they go? Builders put their rides to the test!

Frozen T-Shirt Contest: Always a crowd favorite, as contestants hilariously battled frozen shirts.

Dunk Tank: Adding to the fun, attendees had the chance to soak their favorite (or not-so-favorite) personalities.

Generous Raffle: Featuring tons of great prizes, with proceeds supporting the show community.
DJ Roulette from Madhouse FX kept the energy high all day, spinning a killer mix of tracks that kept the crowd pumped. Meanwhile, the Lay Frame Podcast was live on-site, conducting interviews with top builders, club members, and event organizers, capturing the real heart and spirit of the show.
The day wrapped up with a packed trophy presentation, honoring the best rides in multiple categories.
Sunday, October 13:
The weekend ended on a relaxing note with a pool party at the Tropicana — the perfect way to unwind after two full days of show action.
