Still Runs Car Show 2022 was held downtown of Albemarle, NC on May 7th, 2022. The event filled the downtown with a variety of vehicles from various eras. classics, rat rods, trucks, late models, motorcycles imports, and more. With a great location, rides, and atmosphere, this event was one for the books!
Still Runs Car Show 2022 Registration started at 2:30pm at Depot St and Main St with a line of people ready to line up and enjoy the show! Show started at 4pm and with that started the live entertainment and hours of great times!
As with many events, mother nature threatened most of the day and eventually let loose for about 20 minutes, but that did not stop the event from continuing on. The best part of this event was being able to walk or cruise through the downtown and be completely surrounded by beautiful custom vehicles.ย It was every car enthusiasts dream!
Later in the evening after the weather passed, the pin up contest started up along with the live band providing music for everyone in attendance. After the pinup contest, awards started and we loved seeing all the rides get the appreciation they deserve! Even though mother nature tried to rain on everyone’s parade, everyone had a good time, great vibes and plenty of cool vehicles to see.
This has been the first year for us at the Still Runs Car Show 2022, but we will make sure to attend the next years event as we had a great time and we can tell everyone who attended did also! Be on the lookout for event coverage from their 2023 event!
