What was the inspiration?

I wanted to build the truck for my wife Marlene. I already had a 1941 pick up and wanted one so we could both drive our own trucks together.

Vehicle history

Purchased in 2006 to restore. The truck came as a frame with parts in boxes and other loose pieces.
