Gauge Magazine September 2025 Issue

September 3, 2025 By KZ

Gauge Magazine September 2025 Cover

Gauge Magazine’s September 2025 Issue is here, and let’s just say—it’s stacked with the kind of content every car enthusiast craves. From insane builds and event coverage across the country to a spotlight on our Gauge Girl, this issue proves once again why Gauge has been the go-to source for custom car culture for over two decades.

Featured Rides

“PRO-10” – 1985 Chevy S10

Quint Walbert’s ’85 Chevy S10, fittingly named “PRO-10”, is a Pro Street masterpiece that blends old-school mini-truck flavor with raw drag-strip attitude. After years of dedication and a build cost that proves passion always outweighs the budget, Quint brought his vision to life. The S10 packs a powerful punch under the hood, polished details throughout, and the kind of stance that makes you stop in your tracks.

“K2020” – 1991 Chevrolet K20

Brian Rogers dreamed of a squarebody with all the comforts of a modern truck. His solution? “K2020”, a 1991 Chevy K20 dropped onto a 2020 chassis. The project cost nearly $190,000 and took years of craftsmanship, blending vintage styling with today’s tech. The result is a truck that turns heads at shows and still has plans for the big stage at Barrett-Jackson.

“Rescued” – 2017 Honda Civic Type R

Not every feature build has to be vintage muscle or lifted steel. Josh Cook’s 2017 Honda Civic Type R—aptly named “Rescued”—is proof that import culture is alive and thriving. With sharp lines, performance upgrades, and a backstory of determination, Josh’s ride shows how passion can transform a daily driver into a show-worthy beast.

Event Coverage

This issue also dives deep into some of the hottest automotive events across the country.

  • Terminal Takeover – Greenville, NC (March 22, 2025)
Street cars, wild builds, and a community vibe that makes it one of the East Coast’s most talked-about events.

  • Forbidden Fantasy Show N Shine – Laughlin, NV (October 11–12, 2024)
This desert gathering had slammed trucks, custom rides, and a party atmosphere that only some can deliver.

  • World of Wheels – Indianapolis, IN (March 28–30, 2025)
A Midwest staple, World of Wheels brought the best hot rods, lowriders, and custom builds to Indy.

  • The Detour Show – Corona, SoCal (November 23, 2024)
Southern California’s automotive scene never disappoints, and The Detour Show highlighted everything from clean classics to wild modern customs.

Gauge Girl – Elexis

Every issue isn’t complete without a Gauge Girl, and September brings you Elexis. At 23 years old, Elexis brings beauty, confidence, and personality to the pages, reminding us why Gauge Girl features remain a fan-favorite.

The Gauge Magazine September 2025 Issue is a true celebration of custom culture—mixing trucks, imports, classics, and event highlights into one killer package. Whether you’re here for the technical builds, national event coverage, or to meet our featured model, this issue has it all.

So grab your copy, dive into the details, and get inspired for your own next build.
