Gauge Magazine October 2025 Issue

October 1, 2025 By KZ

The October 2025 issue of Gauge Magazine is here, and trust us, this one’s loaded. We’ve got killer custom rides, the best event coverage from Texas to SoCal, and of course, our Gauge Girl feature that always gets people talking. If you’re into lifted trucks, slammed imports, or classic minis, this month has a little something for everyone.

Featured Rides

“904 Eighteen N Up” – 2024 Ford F-350

  • Owner: Rick Waychoff

  • Photos: Chris Gosda

Rick Waychoff rolled in heavy with his 2024 Ford F-350, and the name says it all: “904 Eighteen N Up.” This beast of a truck turns heads the second it hits the pavement. It’s big, it’s bold, and it’s got that perfect mix of clean detailing and over-the-top presence. Chris Gosda’s photos make you feel the size and attitude of this build—this truck isn’t just a daily driver, it’s a statement piece.

“El Borrego” – 1994 Honda Civic

  • Owner: Jose Cazares

  • Photos: Chromey

Talk about personal—Jose Cazares’ 1994 Honda Civic isn’t just another custom build, it’s a tribute. Named “El Borrego” in honor of his late brother, this car carries a story as deep as its stance is low. The Civic is rocking all the hallmarks of custom import culture: slick bodywork, a show-ready trunk setup, and that unmistakable Severed Ties influence. Chromey’s photos nail the vibe, giving you the full picture of a build that’s as heartfelt as it is stylish.

“Deadsun” – 1976 Datsun 620

  • Owner: Tom Warren

  • Photos: John Mumaw

If you’re a fan of mini-trucks, Tom Warren’s “Deadsun” 1976 Datsun 620 is pure gold. This thing screams old-school cool with a modern twist. The lowered stance is on point, and the details make it stand out without losing that vintage charm Datsun lovers know so well. John Mumaw caught every angle perfectly—this is one of those trucks you want to see cruising down the street or parked in the middle of a show row.

Event Coverage

Lone Star Throwdown 2025 – Conroe, TX

  • Dates: February 21–23, 2025

  • Photos: Chris Gosda

If you’ve never been to Lone Star Throwdown, you’re missing out. This year’s show in Conroe, Texas, was as wild as ever. We’re talking rows and rows of custom trucks, insane audio builds, lifted rigs, and enough cool rides to make your neck sore from turning your head. Gosda’s shots bring you straight into the action—you can almost hear the bass and smell the BBQ.

Grand National Roadster Show 2025 – Pomona, CA

  • Dates: January 31 – February 2, 2025

  • Photos: Cheri Delgadillo

From Texas we jump to SoCal for the legendary Grand National Roadster Show. This is the one where builders bring out their best—whether it’s hot rods polished to perfection or one-off customs that stop you in your tracks. Cheri Delgadillo was on the floor capturing it all, and trust us, every shot tells a story. This show is basically Disneyland for car lovers, and 2025 didn’t disappoint.

Extras

Gauge Girl – Jonnette

  • Photos: John Mumaw

Our Gauge Girl spotlight this month shines on Jonnette, and she’s impossible to ignore. With bright red hair, blue eyes, tattoos covering most of her body, and more piercings than she can count, she brings the kind of energy that’s 100% real. On top of that, she’s a pro vehicle wrapper, so she’s living the car scene every day. Mumaw’s photos capture her raw vibe perfectly—it’s edgy, it’s fun, and it’s exactly what makes Gauge Girl such a fan favorite.

Wrapping It Up

The October 2025 issue of Gauge Magazine brings the heat. From Rick’s towering Ford F-350 to Jose’s heartfelt Civic and Tom’s old-school Datsun, the rides are as diverse as they are badass.
